What we self-perform
- Building civil maintenance — fabric repairs, finishes and reinstatement in occupied buildings
- Electrical maintenance — distribution boards, internal wiring, lighting and small power
- Mechanical and plumbing maintenance — water supply, drainage and associated fittings
- Planned preventive and reactive maintenance under a running agreement
