Electrical Refurbishment and replacement of earthing across distribution substations, executed under permit on energised networks. Includes earth mat replacement, riser bonding, exothermic jointing and earth resistance testing witnessed by the utility.
Electrical Reinforcement of distribution networks under long-term running agreements — trenching and duct installation, cable pulling, jointing and termination up to 33 kV, then testing and commissioning before energisation.
Electrical Scheduled diagnostic testing of primary and distribution substations with our own calibrated high-voltage equipment — VLF, partial discharge, insulation resistance, transformer turns ratio and protection relay testing.
Electrical Turnkey delivery as main contractor — civil construction, supply and installation of switchgear, ring main units and packaged substations, through to testing, energisation and handover.
Electrical Poles, LED luminaires, bollard lighting and traffic signals with their foundations, feeder pillars and cabling — across arterial roads, residential communities and the Emirate's cycle network.

Electrical Corrective and emergency maintenance of underground cables, distribution equipment and overhead lines under long-term running agreements — mobilised on call to restore supply.
Electrical Diversion and relocation of overhead lines, underground cables, feeder pillars and street lighting for road, rail and development works — coordinated around programmed shutdowns and executed to both municipality and utility standards.
Electrical Fibre optic cable networks, CCTV, fire alarm, ICT and security systems, including the containment and civil works they sit in.
Electrical Complete electrical installation for industrial facilities and buildings — LV panels, distribution, containment and the associated civil works.
Electrical The civil half of a services package — excavation, piling for motor control centres, duct banks, protection slabs, backfilling, compaction and asphalt reinstatement.
Water Ductile iron, HDPE and PVC mains from service lines to trunk mains — trench preparation, bedding, pipe laying, thrust blocks, pressure testing, disinfection and reinstatement.
Water Jointing carried out with our own calibrated welding fleet — ten butt fusion and nine electrofusion machines — with welding parameters recorded for every joint.
Water Cutting into live mains up to DN560 without disrupting supply, under programmed shutdowns, by civil engineers individually carded by the utility for the work.
Water Valve and flow-control chambers, fire hydrant installation, and house connections and meters up to DN200 — civil construction, waterproofing and commissioning.
